ORGANIC MATERIALS REVIEW INSTITUTE

The Organic Materials Review Institute, is a nonprofit organization that determines which inputs are approved for organic production and processing. This includes fertilizers, pest controls, feed ingredients, health care products, and other materials intended for use in organic production.

WASHINGTON STATE DEPT OF AGRICULTURE ORGANIC FOOD PROGRAM

The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) accredited organic certification agent. The WSDA works to inspect and certify organic operations. In doing so, they verify that these operations meet all the USDA’s required standards in addition to their own organic standards.

CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ORGANIC INPUT MATERIALS

The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) enforces laws and regulations as they relate to organic fertilizing materials in California. By regulating this, they ensure companies comply with California Law and remain truthful in their representation, guaranteeing consumer quality.
